I’ve noticed it the past week or so. Nothing’s changed in my eating habits, I log every day. Today back to 149.2, 150 yesterday. Up and down

It was originally set at 1.5 loss per week at 1490, now it is set to 1 pound a week at 1390. I started out in Feb at 173 an I’m now st 155, my goal is 145. I would have thought the calories would have gone up not down

Thanks, I’m not giving up!! 15 more to go. I plan on going into maintenance around 145. I’m 5’6 and in my 40’s so that should be a good weight for me

I can tell my face is thinner and my rings are looser. My clothes fit a bit better. I was hoping for better results with 15 down. How many pounds would it possibly take to make a clothing difference especially jeans
