The same two pounds
I’m down almost 25 lbs since mid Feb. I’m now down to my last 10 but the scale keeps going 148 one day, 150 the next then 149 but staying in the same two pound range, what give??

Can I manually add steps?
My digital display on my elliptical is half out, I did 1150 steps that I would like to add to my MFP to get a daily total with calories burned. Any way to add the steps, they didn’t register on my phone which was in my pocket

Beginners lifting ideas
I’m looking for some arm and upper body lifting ideas starting with 5 lb weights. I’ve lost weight and feels mushy. Hand weights are all I have, 5 and 10 lbs

Is this correct?
Since I started in Feb my calories have been set for 1490. I just noticed today it is now set for 1390. It’s been set for 1 pound a week since I’m almost to my goal. Is it supposed to go down in calories like that

Close to goal, do I change my calories?
I’m down to the last 10 or do pounds before I reach my goal. MFP has me at 1490 calories for 1.5 pounds a week. Should I change my numbers down to loose 1 pound a week or leave them as they are until I hit my goal then go into maintenance

Loosing but from where!! Ugh
I have been loosing since mid Feb. down 15 pounds, 173 to 158. I can’t tell where it’s coming from. My clothes fit a bit better but not what I thought 15 pounds would show. I guess I need to take measurements. Frustrated

BMR and TDEE, now what
Hi, I am trying to lose 18 lbs and just started last week. My bmr is 1441 and my tdee is 1654. Now what do I do with those numbers to determine how many calories and such to loose a pound a week?

Poly and mono fats
Hi, my tracker has poly and mono fats set to zero. If I have say peanut butter which is to be healthy, it puts me over. Are these fats ones to watch and keep at zero which I find really hard or should I keep them below a certain number

I measure my waist about 2 inches below my belly button as that is where my pouch is. Where do you measure your waist, above or below?

sugars from fruits?
Hi, I'm new here and have a question about daily sugar. My settings have me at 27g a day. So far I have sugar from an apple and a yoguart and I am already over my daily limit. So I guess my question is as long as it's a healthy food and I go over, does that really need to matter? Beverly
