Hi, my tracker has poly and mono fats set to zero. If I have say peanut butter which is to be healthy, it puts me over. Are these fats ones to watch and keep at zero which I find really hard or should I keep them below a certain number

Just set your total daily fat to a certain percent of your diet. Try 30% or so.
Saturated fats are OK. Man made trans fats are bad, so keep those at 0.0
