Beginners lifting ideas

I’m looking for some arm and upper body lifting ideas starting with 5 lb weights. I’ve lost weight and feels mushy. Hand weights are all I have, 5 and 10 lbs

    You could consider a bodyweight strength routine, and it would be most beneficial to do a whole body (not just arm/upper body) program. There are some good programs discussed in the thread below, including bodyweight programs, dumbbell programs, etc.)

    Before doing any of the programmes in the excellent list posted above, I did this programme, link below, until I could perform it as written (along with the video).

    I also did the Nerdfitness bodyweight programme, in the above list.

    I was very new to using any weights, body or otherwise, and found these two programmes a good pre beginner introduction.
