BMR and TDEE, now what

Hi, I am trying to lose 18 lbs and just started last week. My bmr is 1441 and my tdee is 1654. Now what do I do with those numbers to determine how many calories and such to loose a pound a week?

    Take about 15% off your TDEE and eat that amount. You don't have much to lose, so a pound a week may be too aggressive for you.
