Same here. I have gotten down to 144, but a week later the scale said 148. What's exhausting is the gain/loss game. I'm going to up my calories and boost my workouts to see if anything changes. I noticed that my midsection is dissappearing and my legs are toning up. I think I deserve a pair of workout "shorts" (not pants)!

Thats in teresting because I'm 5' 10" and my calorie intake ia also at 1200. I spoke with one of the Health Tech's at my work and he suggested that I bump it up to 1600. When you guys "eat your calories" after you excercise, what do you usually go for? I'm looking for an after workout meal. I found it hard to eat only 1200 calories a day.
