my husband just had it done last month and he is telling everyone how much of a breeze it is my husband also refused for years but because of my health reasons he took the plunge and is literally telling every guy we meet to get this done to prevent children as he points to our angels haha

I had both the hormone (Mirena) & hormone free (paragard) and I hated the Mirena I gained so much weight on my already overweight 5ft framt I gained like 50lbs the Paragard was awesome from what I remember but it fell out so I switched to the pill

I loved planet fitness and lost weight not as much as I could of because I didn't have the knowledge then about calorie counting

I disabled my food plan in fitbit and put it on the setting as set my own and then I put it to sedentary on both fitbit and MFP and it seems to be working really well I have lost 30lbs I don't eat back all my exercise calories but use them as a buffer if I need an extra snack or we go out to eat

I have my fitbit and mfp synced I have been losing at a pretty good rate about 1lb a week I don't eat all of my fitbit calories somedays I don't eat any but most days I use it as a buffer incase we go out to eat and right now with 5,000 steps it gave me 280 calories so far

when I was pregnant with my youngest my OB said I needed an extra 300-500 calories a day I didn't count calories at all during my pregnancy but only drank water and choose really healthy foods and I only gained 16lbs probably from the couple months I only wanted to eat hot fudge sundae's lol

I have a Fitbit charge 2 and absolutely love it tracks my steps and sleep I love doing the step challenges with my friends it's also a heart rate monitor and every time I go to the doctor I ask them to compare my Fitbit to what they it and it's always spot on or just a beat or two off

I never have had a c-section but I have two kids and counting calories and trying to get a walk in when I can has helped me lose weight I am finally almost below my starting weight with my almost 8 year old. plus walking and pushing a stroller is great exercise!
