Don't use age as a barrier for doing exercise. I know a lot of people over 55 who bike, swim, run, and walk plus weight lift. The key is to start slow and add on as you go. I am losing an average of 0.70 lbs per week. You really are doing great! Sometime I wished I was losing more, but I'm a shorty and I can't sustain on very low calories nor is it healthy for you.
