I have a cheat day where I don't log and eat whatever I like. "One healthy meal won't make you skinny, the same as one unhealthy meal won't make you fat" enjoy :)

Right at the start I said that would allow myself one cheat meal, which would be on a Saturday night. That one meal soon turned into a whole day and then that whole day turned into the whole weekend! I'm only about 5ft 1, which is like 158cms tall. When I put all my info in when I first started that's what it told me to eat. And yeah it will change when I'm a bit closer to my goal weight. I'm not usually hungry on the 1200, and only eat into my exercise calories sometimes.

Ok I just had a fiddle with my profile settings and once I change my goal to 1/2 a pound a week the calorie intake goes up and then also goes up again when I put I want to maintain. Thanks

I only have about 3-4kg to go before I reach my goal weight. So was just wondering when I change my calorie intake. Surely I don't eat 1200 calories for the rest of my life do I LOL

I totally agree with this. The biggest change I have made if portion sizes. If I want to have some chocolate, I have the serving size instead of half the block. I enjoy all foods in moderation and I"m still losing weight :)

Hi have a cheat meal every week on a saturday for dinner. One meal is fine, but I have read to try and not make it the whole day. Enjoy!
