Body pump class
Just wondering if anyone similar to my size has worn a heart rate monitor in a body pump class and how many calories you burnt. I've entered it into my diary under calisthenics and it comes up as over 400, and if I put it under strength training it's about 160. I'm 156cms and 54kg. Thanks :)

gaining weight since moving to maintenance
Since I changed my calories to maintenance i have gained 500g. Should I be worried about this? I was thinking of not weighing myself for a month and staying on maintenance and see how I go. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks

I reached my goal today! Now I'm unsure about going onto maintenance. I was thinking of staying where I am for a month and then changing. Or should I do it straight away?

8 hours sleep
I am trying to make it my mission starting tomorrow to get 8 hours sleep a night. At the moment I'm getting between 7 and 5. It's going to be hard because some nights I don't finish work until 9pm, but I'll just have to be more organised. Does anyone here get 8 hours most nights?

When to weigh yourself?
I weigh myself once a week in the morning at the gym. I use the gyms scales because they're the scales I used at the start. When I get to the gym I've already had my breakfast and I don't take my shoes off. Should I buy some scales so I can weigh at home naked on an empty stomach? Or doesn't it really make a difference?

Breakfast ideas
For breakfast I usually have porriage or a poached egg on toast, but it's getting a bit boring. I have 2 young children so it needs to be quick and easy, or able to be prepared in advance. Thanks :)
