  • Welcome to the site! :) I'm new here too. Sorry to hear about your foot. It sounds like a good idea to use crutches for some weeks. If your foot hurts that bad when walking a lot of exercise is out of the question, but maybe swimming could be worth a try? Wish you the best of luck with everything!
