Always spend that little bit extra for the good quality toilet paper. That's the best piece of life advice I know.

At the end of the sixth week of this journey of mine the scales reported a total loss of 32 lbs. I had a lot to lose so the first lot of weight came of quickly through eating well and going to teh gym 5/6 days a week..

It's the number one item on my shopping list each week, bought a dozen tubs today, and I use it for so much. In place of cream, to make dressings and sauces and just to enjoy on it's own or with fruit , honey, peanut butter and so on.

Yes. Thanks in part to this place I have fallen madly and deeply in love with life and living it again. Anything more than that would be a bonus.

I have one day a week, usually a Sunday, when I relax my healthy eating choices and if I want something different or 'special' I have it. But, on any day if I want something In particular I'll work it into my eating plan. I'm not on a restrictive diet though so not sure if that makes it easier to do so.

Watching Olympics, making a grocery shopping list, drinking coffee while listening to the rain.

Never eaten as low as, or anywhere near, 1200 since I started this. Always way more.

In the right light a 2, otherwise forget about it.

I finished it a few weeks ago, after having done nothing which could be described as running for about 30 years. Now running 5k 2 or 3 times a week. Week 1 the requirements for week 9 seem impossible but stick with it and it happens.

Never really been a heavy drinker anyway so I still have an occasional glass of wine or a beer. There is not much I have totally cut out good and drink wise since I started doing this. If I really want something I have it, in moderation.

Reading, cooking and photography all work for me to one degree or another.

Everyday without fail, since I started this some 150+ days ago, via the app on my phone.

There is a lot my before and current picture doesn't show, and I don't just mean my head. Even if my head was in the picture you still wouldn't see the massive changes inside it since I started taking control of and living my live again 21 weeks ago.

No offence was tsken. My training partner, who does the same workouts as I do is married with 2 children aged 11 and 6. Our training is done during the day as we both work nights

I eat some of them back, up to about half of them. I couldn't eat them all these days without going back to eating crappy food again. What I do eat leaves me feeling satisfied and full of energy to go again the next day.

Yes, my wife passed away last year, why do you ask?

I haven't added anything to my coffee, other than more coffee, about 35 years. Strong and black all the way.

Aged 52 and last week through rowing, cycling, running, Spin class, Pilates class and boxing class I burned 6332 calories, only trained 4 days as a calf problem kept me away from the gym on the other 2 days I had planned to go. On the first 2 days of this week through Spin, Pilates, rowing, bike and running I have burned…

It's working for both of you so why worry about a label or having to justify it to other people. Sounds like it's working better than many so called conventional relationships. It would be my choice for a relationship as opposed to a living in each others pockets one.

Amazing transformation, you look really great.

Welcome fellow UK person. Although I looked pregnant when I started this I can assure you none of my weight is baby weight, it was/is all fully grown up weight sadly.

From when they first started showing your version of football on TV here in the UK in the early eighties I have been a Packers fan. Looking forward to the new season

Check my user name, do you think I've given it up? ;-)

Fantastic work, congratulations. I'm four and a half months into this journey and have lost a similar amount so I can appreciate the effort and commitment you have made.

I work nights, usually finish between 4 and 5 AM but I log everything from midnight to midnight.

Simple, it's fuel for tomorrows workout.

You worked hard and someone was impressed enough to tell you, I would take that for the win. I notice people working hard at the gym and I often say something along the lines of, 'well done', 'great work' or the like. Doesn't matter if they are male or female, young or old, big or small, heavy or light I'm sure everyone…
