Thanks, isn't there a recipe without having to use flour? I wanted to use the least amount of processed ingredients.

It's great, look at the ingredients, it doesn't have all the other crazy stuff other breads have. If you have a Whole Foods or Wegmans in your area, any whole, earth grocery stores should carry it. My local Safeway has it also. Try it, for some people it might take some getting use to.

I didn't as anybody to cosign for anything. I am going to do what's best for me without or without anybody's approval. He did not say that juicing was the better route, he does eat solid foods. Exactly. I didn't say I was not eating anything else, I just said I was added it to my lifestyle change. Were here for support, if you don't agree then don't comment. Everything is not for everybody. Find what works for you and be healthy.

Not sure what that has to do with anything. You can juice whether you work or not. I did mention in my comment that I will still be eating solid foods(healthy foods) however, I am adding juicing to my lifestyle change.

Interesting, that is what I have been doing, eating 5 meals a day and the 5th meal which is dinner is the herbalife shake, I add a banana to it and some milk and ice. You do each level for 10 days, which adds up to 30 days. That's how I did it the first time around. I just started it again yesterday.

I understand what your saying, however, my weight loss isn't based on if the people on my page log in or not. I don't go through and check to see if someone has logged in and if I see the thread that they haven't logged in for 3 days or whatever, I don't just delete them. Well the shoes I was wearing are a little to small, however, I wear them when I am on the treadmill and the elliptical and its no problem. I was clinching them almost the whole time.

Hey girl, even the times I didn't log in, I was still eating right and working out. I usually log in from work and there have been times I just couldn't get to it, but I was still consistant.
