Has anyone tried Sunbasket, if so, reviews?
Sunbasket has paleo and low cal options, I have a hard time finding healthy lunch/dinner ideas and I don't like cooking(but of course I am willing to cook) Wondering if anyone has tried Sunbasket.

OMG, blueberries have LOTS of carbs!!
Ok I am trying to watch my carb intake, I just logged half a cup of blueberries and it has 21 grams of carbs. Geez this is crazy, if its low cal its high in carbs, if its low carbs its not healthy. OMG sometimes this can be overwhelming, but the journey countinues.:ohwell:

Is there a difference between C25K lite and C25K?
I downloaded the app C25K lite on my android because it was free, C25K had a fee, which is fine. But I for some reason thought it was the same, not sure?? Can anyone clarify?? Does this happen to you when doing the arc trainer..
I did the arc trainer last night for the first time and I felt like my toes were being compressed, it was so uncomfortable. Am I doing something wrong or does this happen to you guys. Geez I couldn't wait to get off of it, I hope this doesn't happen again, because I actually got a good workout from it.

Has anyone completed C25K in less than 8weeks?
I started C25K last week, and I see it's a 8 week program. I just wanted to know if anyone has completed it sooner and if that's a good idea? My ultimate goal is to be a jogger, that is my choice of exercise, I find it fun. But I don't want to over due it either. So anyone complete it sooner without overdoing it?

Need suggestions for a protein for breakfast...
I usually eat a vegetable egg white omlet and sometimes I do turkey sausage or turkey bacon, but I would think eating that a few times a week (turkey/bacon sausage) would be not so good, IDK? The sodium is one concern, so do you guys have any other suggestions to have for breakfast or is it okay to eat that quite often??

11 months and only 29lbs....need some tips.

Man, you work hard and hard and hard did I mention hard. And the weight loss comes off so slowly. I started this journey in February and have only lost 29lbs. Do you burn more fat when you hit your target heart rate?
When I am doing the elliptical and bike it raises my heart rate, which is good. However, I just wanted to know that do get the best results when your hitting your target heart rate, I barely reach it when doing the treadmill.
