What shoes are best for Zumba
I know you have to try them on and feel them out and I am going to do that, however, I just want to hear what shoes you find comfortable for Zumba since there are turns and twist. Need some ideas for lower body strength training??
I currently do Zumba and upper body strength training. But for my lower body, it doesn't seem to be much, I heard that doing the machines that target your calfs or thighs are not as effective, but I still its worth a try. I hear so much about protein shakes and I am interested in getting some. Not as a meal replacement, but to up my protein intake and I hear it helps when you do strength training. What are some workouts to help flatten that belly??

Help: Bad Sweet Tooth.
I have the worse sweet tooth in the world, that is what causes most of my weight gain. I feel the need for something sweet after I eat. I want to eventually train my body to not want it as much. Any suggestions or healthy snacks that taste great and are good for you??

How do you guys record 30 day shred with weights??
When I did the 30 day shred I logged it under circuit training, but the 30 day shred with weights to me was much different, what would you log that under??

Can someone please explain how they zig zag their calories?
Example: do you eat 1500 one day then 1650 the next and so on, but at the end of the week it still averages out?

Ok I do understand what you mean by that, but how often do you change it up. For example; one day its 1300 and the next day 1460 next 1500?

I know strength training is such a popular topic, however, I feel like getting a routine down is not as simple as doing cardio. Are you guys just doing the machines or free weights? Are there any dvd's for strength training. There is a class at my gym for strength training, but I can never make it.
