How do you guys record 30 day shred with weights??

When I did the 30 day shred I logged it under circuit training, but the 30 day shred with weights to me was much different, what would you log that under??

    I wore my HRM and simply logged the total time with my calories burned.

  • I log it under aerobics - general, because its less calories burned than circuit training. Why would you want to add more, better add less then you work harder...and eat less...:smile:

    I used 2kg weights (4.4lb), and logged it as circuit training. I never did it without weights. Better to under log than over.

    I just got one and it is totally worth the investment if you can do it. It is much better knowing exactly what you are burning than guestimating. I burned 203 calories doing day 1 but some may burn more or less depending on how into it you get.
