Is there a difference between C25K lite and C25K?

I downloaded the app C25K lite on my android because it was free, C25K had a fee, which is fine. But I for some reason thought it was the same, not sure?? Can anyone clarify??


And silly question but if I read correctly ,if we complete the program your able to run a 5k or run for 30 minutes straight??? Sorry for the stupid question:indifferent:

Pro has background mode, music controller, custom sounds and notifications, and facebook integration.

A 5k race is 3.1 miles. So, at the end, it is presumed that you'll be able to run that distance non-stop.

So u cannot integrate and share with the free version? Fbk and my fitness pal app

i completed it last year and used the free pod casts - it got me running (jogging) 30mins continuously. i mapped the run and i had run 3 miles which is about 4.8k

If you train with C25K using the time measurements, you will run 30 minutes continuously by the end. That can be more or less than 5k depending on your pace. I am slooowwww, at a 12 minute mile, so I am still building to the 5k distance. The time assumes a 10 minute mile, which can be quite fast for someone just starting to run.
