When I do it for the week, I find myself getting excited when I know a certain meal is on the menu! I'm a dork.

100 calorie packs of raw almonds string cheese Babybel light cheese sugar-free popsicles Ritz crackers (I limit myself to 5) brown bag microwave popcorn I can't have things like chips anywhere near me. I tend to use 1 bag (regardless of size) = 1 serving.

Great topic, Matt! I will be very interested in the answers as well. I am finding it tougher to lose this time around...

Rare. With Montreal steak seasoning & California garlic salt. Perfection.

I'm a beer snob too and haven't found anything I love that is a calorie bargain. The Bud Light Wheat will do in a pinch for a hefe/wit substitute. I find I'd rather just limit myself to 1-2 good beers and plan for them.

Plus sizes are cut differently. A 16w is approximately the same as an 18 misses. If a 14 from Lane Bryant is too big, try a 14 or 16 from a "regular size" store.

I have mine open to friends only. I like getting feedback from friends & getting ideas as well.

Hi! I'm Becca. I'm 44 and live just north of Atlanta (Alpharetta/Cumming area). I've just started on MFP after losing 105 pounds on WW and then gaining 50 of those back over the last 3 years. Life got in the way - job losses, family deaths... But now I'm here and I'm going to do this! Not able to exercise right now as I…

Wow! Congratulations! You can see it on your face - there is a joy there that wasn't there a year ago! You are a rockstar!

Here's the "recipe" I followed. I'm not an olive fan so I left those off. In the future I will add onions and/or peppers. http://jennifercooks.com/2012/02/portobella-pizzas/

Exactly Jenn! If a banana has 140 calories, how can it be free???? I just don't get it.

So great to see some familiar faces & other WW oldies here! :-)

Thanks, y'all!! I love how easy MFP is to use. And the food database is incredible!

I'm glad you're here. :-) I weigh in tomorrow as well. Lord help me. And I love your ticker!

Hiya dollface!

It just seemed like you pinpointed my posts when there were others saying the same thing. Lotion & exercise did not work for me. Congratulations that it did for you! I was overweight a lot longer than you, so that may be a part of it as well.

Here is what I said: "And I can promise you, all the moisturizing in the world wasn't helping my loose skin. It will keep it moist, but it isn't going to shrink your skin. No way, no how." And I stand by that. Lotion is not going to shrink your skin. It may keep it moist, which may make it look better. But it will not…

And this is just you. If you read above, several people had the same experience I did. So what makes your opinion any more valid than mine?

I lost my weight very slowly (took me 3 years). And I can promise you, all the moisturizing in the world wasn't helping my loose skin. It will keep it moist, but it isn't going to shrink your skin. No way, no how. And weight training will tighten the muscles beneath the skin, but it's not going to shrink the skin either.…

I'm with JennXXX. I previously lost over 100 pounds and I loved my loose skin! Now that I've filled it back up some - not so much. I will embrace any loose skin that comes my way this time!! :glasses: BTW - I exercised from day one of my weight loss and still had lots of loose skin. It's part of it!
