I love my Mio Fuse. It doesn't track sleep, but the build in HRM is awesome. It gives you steps, calories, distance, and time. A couple of quick taps activates the HRM. I try to stick to a schedule. I drink a bottle of water on my way to work and one on the way home. Then, all I have to do is squeeze in 2 during the work day. Seems to make it a little more manageable for me to do it that way.

Yes - she went from 162 to 147. Her percentage weight loss was over 9% for the week. That's insane!
