    seems to work quite well, a few more headings around the food composition ( cals vs grams ) would be good.

    you would need to give us a clue, like what you put in the custom calorie intake box and the macronutrients. You were on the right sheet man / woman (just in case) ?

    original spreadsheet here works great if you have a google account. Just sign into your Gmail and then you use the template, make changes, etc. It seems to be set up for a Paleo/Primal type macronutrients with 5% carbs, 60% fat, and 35% protein. Interesting. Though I like Razique's spreadsheet better.
