It's good that you've got your wife to help you. My fiance and I tried to be healthy buddies but I always feel bad telling him not to eat things so I don't, and he's not very forceful with me either. That's why I'm here. Good luck! :)

Hi! :) Maybe eating sugar free things would help. I'm also finding that chewing gum when I want to snack is helpful. And of course you have your typical "drink water when you're hungry" schpeil. I hate water, but I put Crystal Light packets in it and it helps. Good luck! :)

Aw, I hate that for you! At least you've recognized that you've gotten off track. Now, just jump back on! Put the past behind you and only look to the future. No "oh, I got off track" only "here I go!" :) Good luck.

I think if you go to the "track exercise" piece here and type in WHAT you did (ie, dusting) and type how LONG you did it, it'll track what you burned for you. I feel the same way about my job...I've been decorating my rooms at school, so I've called that "walking at a slow pace" because I'm running around all day, just not…

I do use the powders, but I don't always have time to make a bottle of water and do all that nonsense early in the morning. Maybe I'll try the V8--70 filling calories in a drink vs. 170 filling calories in a drink is always better. Thank you!

I don't need to be reprimanded...I feel badly enough about it. Here's the thing, though--someone asked me to go to lunch with them. They chose McDonald's. I don't want to be rude and say no or say "can we go somewhere else" because I'm trying to make friends at work. So what should I have chosen?

Problem is--I don't like water. Unless I am dying of thirst, I really find water to be kind of bitter. I can't force myself to drink it.

Well today for instance, I had a bowl of cereal, some nuggets from McDonald's, some apple juice and a Fiber Plus bar. For dinner, I am making homemade spaghetti.
