                I too do this all the time. I also cut them up with a few onions and red or green peppers and spinach and throw them in a wrap!

                Another idea is to make a breakfast wrap. Make an omelette with all your favorite toppings for a quick and easy breakfast wrap.

                Aside from running I would suggest building up your upper body. Push ups would be the simplest suggest along with some arm curls.                 I have Whey Protein in all my shakes. I use to add milk but cut all that out due to the fat, now I just make with water. With fruit I usually add just water and ice cubes. A little orange juice and coconut water is nice. I also for a change make banana and a scoop of peanut butter one.

                We are having the same weather. I workout out in my basement so I am fine. Maybe that would work for you? I do usually run and play outside with my dogs but the last few days have been too hot for that even so I have them play ball in the basement too. Stay Cool

                I am going to borrow this from a friend of mine when I done doing P90X2. I looked into this myself online and it looks very much like Insanity which I did too and was really intense.                 I love this program. I have done two rounds of P90X, one round of Insanity and now I am in my second week of P90X2. As far as the soreness it will go away, try heat and ice to speed recovery. Even with a couple rounds of P90X when I started Insanity I was holding on to the walls in order to walk!! Good luck
