I went shopping yesterday and every size 8 I tried on was too big! I remember wishing I was a size 8! I finally felt happy in a dressing room!

Maybe I mis-journaled that, but I cook 90% of my meals at home.

Another issue for another day, sir. I am working on it. But it's not as easy to change bad habits, like undereating. And also, I want to increase my appetite slowly with healthy foods, so no dumping fat and sugar into my body to meet calorie goals.

I have a digital scale from Bed Bath and Beyond that was probably around $25 that has worked great for 4 years. The brand is health-o-meter (not sure if there are actually dashes in the name, sorry!) Obviously it has held up well against my abuse, haha!

I think not having a goal date will keep me going longer, because previously I would set a date. Then as that date got closer and closer, my goal would typically become less attainable because it was so close and I had so far to go. Then I would give up, fall "off the wagon" so it were, and restart a few months later when…

You wouldn't believe the amount of TP I go through, but yes... at least 10x/ day I'd say. Maybe more..

Just by taking a quick look, it looks like you are eating out a lot, which may mean that you don't 100% know whats going in your food OR the cals/nutrition. I'm saying that because they way restaurants prepare each item may vary, so the NI may not be 100% accurate. I think upping the fruits and veg, trying to focus meals…

26 lbs, 35 days... I will admit that what I'm doing is not considered healthy or recommended, but I'm going into maintenance mode in 3 days, so if anyone is going to tell me that its bad to lose that fast, it's too late! My last maintenance (only 5 days, as I needed to stop the diet for a trip somewhere) I managed to eat…

Even if you are 4'10" and 95 lbs, your BRM is still above 1200 (according to basic calculations). Unless you are not active or exercising at all, that should be the minimum-ish. As far as starvation mode being lower for you, yes, it probably is... but not by much. Just try to be healthful and listen to your body.

Absolutely. I'd rather correct a 2 lb. gain than a 10lb. one. And although I know "they" say it fluctuates daily, when I'm maintaining I try to stay within a alb range of my goal. Weighing myself daily also lets me know how different foods affect my body. I really don't see the bad that could come from it. Like when people…

1. Apples - For snacking, traveling, and making amazing over-baked apple chips for dessert. 2. Strawberries - Because, hello? They are delicious and healthful 3. Spinach - The easiest vegetable to make in a hurry, or just eat it raw. Also good added to smoothies secretly! 4. BLSL Chicken Breast - I probably eat this 5-6…
