You are starving, so you start to cook dinner. But then, by the time it's ready 30 minutes later, you aren't hungry anymore? This happens to me allll the time. Please advise - diary
I'm having a hard time meeting my caloric goals with out going over my macros for fat or carbs. Can someone advise on where to make changes? I believe my diary is open.

Made a Critical Error
Last night I didn't measure my post-dinner snack - I munched straight out of the bag. Although I was definitely not inhaling the mixed nuts, I ate well over what I needed/should have had. Lesson learned. I'm going to spend this snow day making portion bags of all my snacks.

I am about to come off a 40 day cleanse, in which I only ate lean proteins, non starchy veggies, and low-sugar fruit. I was extremely devoted during this "phase", and have lost a significant amount of weight (for 40 days anyway). Weird Little Habits that Help
I do 50 jumping jacks every time I use the restroom... strange, but it amounts to about 500 jj's a day, and with almost no forethought. Anyone else have a strange little habit for health?
