Made a Critical Error

Last night I didn't measure my post-dinner snack - I munched straight out of the bag. Although I was definitely not inhaling the mixed nuts, I ate well over what I needed/should have had.

Lesson learned. I'm going to spend this snow day making portion bags of all my snacks.

    I do the same, portion everything out at once and usually I label the serving size and calories to it's easy to log and also I know at that moment how many calories I am eating, definitely helps a lot!

    Any chance it was a new bag? If so, you could figure out how much you ate by weighing or measuring what's left.
