Need help transitioning

I am about to come off a 40 day cleanse, in which I only ate lean proteins, non starchy veggies, and low-sugar fruit. I was extremely devoted during this "phase", and have lost a significant amount of weight (for 40 days anyway).
In the next three days I am supposed to transition into adding healthy fats and more veggies and fruit into my diet, now that my body should no longer crave sugars and carbs and such.
I'm terrified of bingeing! It's my personality type, and my eating history. I really want to continue on this healthy path I've started, and I don't know what to do!
Any suggestions are welcome!

Well, you're just incorporating some foods back in, not eating like you used to. So maybe it would be best to limit yourself, making it a nice slow transition. Introduce a couple new foods back in, not a lot, each day. Add some sweet potato to your dinner, grill up some of the veggies you couldn't have before. Only allow healthy, unprocessed carbs (that in itself can be difficult given some "foods" in our grocery stores). Don't treat it like a free for all, set limits and watch those portion sizes. You'll be okay!0

I agree with the comment before me. Make sure your transition is gradual, so try eating what you've been eating but with the addition of say, a clementine or mango with the fruits you're already having. Or mix both lean and some fattier proteins for a meal. It's kind of how you'd ease a baby into eating different food: slowly introduce the new food WITH the old food and increase the ratio of new to old gradually until the body has adjusted. This way your body doesn't get shocked and get overly excited about all these new sugars and carbs it hasn't gotten in so long, and ultimately cause you to crave and binge like crazy.
I'm sure you will be just fine.0
