  • I was like you and didn't want to spend the money on it either. My wife was actually the one who first ordered it to help with her weight/fitness goals and I ended up trying it too of course. Now, I have the Chocolate Shakeology every morning with some added Optimum Nutrition - Extreme Milk Chocolate flavor protein powder.…
  • I applaud your accountability, discipline, and proactive approach to achieving your goals. As many have said, yes, one cheat meal/day wont kill, but it can greatly deter your goals esp. if it is weight loss. I agree with you 100%. If you can "pay it off" then why wouldn't you?!? Way to go! I implement the same approach and…
  • I use the Extreme Milk Chocolate and mix with water. Really of all the protein mixes I've used with water, this is the best one. Also, my buddy strongly recommended EMC over the Double Rich Chocolate flavor
  • I don't have any Day 1 - Day 90 pics, but my current profile pic is of my Day 60 results in X2. So far, I'm down 22 lbs, if that tells you anything. I'll be updating with transformation pics in a couple weeks when I complete the program. Good luck with yours : )
  • I've struggled with this also. What's helped me is to construct my weekends the same as my weekdays..i.e. eating times, snacks, etc. Also, stay busy! It keeps your mind off of it and avoid mindless eating
  • Hey y'all! 24 here
  • I hear you all too well! I just came back from being a groomsman in my friend's wedding out in Cali....needless to say it definitely threw me off-track for several days. Ah well, like you said, OP, the party life is just one of the hazards of the 20s. Back on track now though, and getting back after it!! I'm 24 btw and am…
  • ^^ I agree with smpreston 100%! Very well said. I have had pretty much the same experience. Nutrition is huge! Do NOT discount it. This really cannot be stressed enough. If you are truly committed to your goals, then you have to take the Nutrition side as seriously as you do the workouts. Otherwise, you're really only…

  • Like others have said: leafy greens (spinach) fish (tuna, sardines) meats (red meat, livers). But an easy one is Cheerios! 1 cup = 100 cals and about 50% DV Iron I was looking to up my iron intake a while back, and a handful of cheerios in the morning was an easy solution
  • 24 - hit me up!
  • Congrats on all your hard work and results so far! As far as the BF% concern goes, I would recommend getting a Body Fat Caliper ($5-$10 on Amazon) and doing the measurements yourself. In my experience, the bf% function on scales is usually inaccurate and/or inconsistent...which can be very frustrating when decreasing bf%…
  • ^^Feet are a good addition - I'll have to give that a try! I'm using the rumble roller also...once got a small bruise on my outer thigh/hip but I had really been applying a lot of pressure on it the day before but have had no problems otherwise. Really, rolling out has been a game-changer for me, the "loosest" I've felt in…
  • This Spartan Race is coming up on 4/21/12 http://www.spartanrace.com/indiana-obstacle-racing-spartan-sprint-2012.html
  • I ran across this one a few weeks ago, I think we're going to give it a shot for Easter too http://www.livestrong.com/diablo-eggs-recipe/
  • I have one more week of Phase 2. We're doing 6 weeks - the Alternate workouts were a good change And I agree, Plyocide did get easier...but then we started increasing the intensity and/or range of motion. Example: doing jack-in-the-box knee tucks as high as possible (25-30 reps) left us crashing more than once. In my…
