My diary has been empty for a few weeks so you wouldn't really be able to offer much advice food wise, I try and stick within my limits tho. Maybe I should have asked this when i'd been back into it for a few weeks haha

I'm 5ft3" SW: 226lbs - Size 18 CW: 203lbs - Size 18!!!!! I am SO frustrated :( I am slimming down, the jeans aren't as tight etc but it's so disheartening to lose but not be able to drop a size :(

I'm glad I am not alone! Don't get me wrong, I don't track my weight daily it's more of a "I wonder what I am" weigh in! I tend to think if I haven't shifted, maybe I ate something the day before that didn't agree with me. I wish i'd lost 40lbs!! lol, it's only 24lbs :P My clothes are minimally loser, I guess I just have to give it time but it just feels futile sometimes, I know it's not and I should belt up etc lol, the slow and long road is the best yadda yadda! I'm just like good lord, can I not please just drop one size fully already!?
