IF your food choices are still good with all healthy foods then you should still lose weight while upping your calories the more calories will just provide you with energy to do the workouts

I have done P90X and Insanity the Asylum and both work really well, it just depends on personal preference. Insanity is a lot of cardio and P90X has both cardio and resistance so if you really love cardio do Insanity but otherwise you could do P90X (which is my personal favorite)

I would suggest a pull up bar for the door frame, they aren't very expensive and can be found at local fitness stores. To modify your pull ups use the back of a chair and put your feet on it to make them easier but still push yourself. After a little while you will get stronger and then be able to do a full unassisted pull…

I also have the problem of time because I work 2 jobs and one is landscaping so i have to leave by 7 am. The best thing i have found is waking up at 5 am and getting my workout done first thing so I dont have to worry about it the rest of the day and can finish whatever else i have to do for the rest of the day. Hope this…

To break my Plateaus I switched up my workouts by doing different moves and routines. I also started Shakeology to help my nutrition plateau and get my body everything it needs

Both work really well, its all in what you like more. Insanity gets your heart rate up real high throughout the whole workout but P90X uses more resistance excercises and gets your muscles burning. Both will get you great results!

stick with lean meats boneless skinless chicken breats, prok tenderloin, light tuna and egg whites for protein sources with little fat and cut out the cheese and oils. I would stick with a little amount of nuts because they have healthy fats for you

I'm not positive but I think most people wear a heart rate moniter and then just plug in the calories they burned and label them as the P90X workout they did
