I really like P90X because it has everything in it resistance workouts, cardio, relief and stretching. If you like cardio more and getting your heart rate up I would go with Insanity or Insanity the Asylum but if you want an overall fitness program that will work your whole body I would go with P90X

If anyone has any questions on these workouts or just nutrition and workout questions in general feel free to comment here or message me, I'd be happy to help!

You don't need to follow the diet plan religiously just stick to your goal percentage (50%carb 30% protein and 20%fat) and you should have great results, just stick to healthy choices of fruits veggies lean meats and a few nuts for fats. I am also a college student and do P90X it took me a little while to get the nutrition…

A P90X/Insanity Hybrid is great for when people are getting bored of their fitness routine. Insanity is a lot more cardio than P90X and really sheds fat faster than P90X but P90X is great for getting toned and a total body makeover. I have done both P90X and Insanity the Asylum as well as hybrids of both programs, both…

Ive done Insanity the Asylum which is a HIIT routine and it was awesome and really got me results. Would recommend it to anyone!

It is good to incorporate strength into Insanity workouts just watch out you don't burn yourself out and make sure you get plenty of rest and consume a lot of calories because you will be burning a ton of them. I am starting a P90X and Insanity challenge group starting in July if you wanted to join for more help and support
-
Insanity is a lot of cardio and jumping around so it is harder on your knees than p90x. p90x only has one plyometric and jumping workout so it really isnt that tough on your knees
-
I am just starting a Insanity and P90X challenge group on July 9th if you would like to join, its a great way to stay motivated!
-
Yes only a few spots are left, i just sent you a message with the details of the group

For this group Shakeology is not a requirement it is just strongly recommended. The only requirement is that you make me your free beachbody coach. You can do that by copying and pasteing this link teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/153747

I've done P90X and Insanity the Asylum both are great and will get ou in great shape. If you want help and accountability while doing either of these programs I'm starting a P90X and Insanity Challenge group if you would like to join

I did P90X and loved it. P90X is a ful workot program that makes you completely fit by the end of the 90 days. Insanity is a little bit shorter (60 days) and uses no equipment and still gets you great results. I would say if you want ot add some tone and muscle do while losing qwight do P90X. If you want to lose weight…

I would really suggest Insanity or Insanity the Asylum. Insanity only uses body weight and is 60 days. Insanity the Asylum adds in a little bit of weights and pull up moves and is only a 30 day program. I have done the Asylum and loved it and saw great results

I' going to be ordering the body beast workout soon. I think im gonna start a challenge group on facebook starting in july. Hopefully ill get a few people to be in the group so we can all motivate each other

Its a workout program with trainer Saun T that uses High Intensity Interval Training to get people in shape its a 60 day program. I have done the spinoff of Insanity called Insanity the Asylum and it is a great workout and really gets you results. If you want to know more go to teambeachbody.com

Insanity and P90X in the same day would be overtraining and might not get you the best results but a P90X and Insanity Hybrid where you do P90X one day and Insanity the other works very well and gets great results. I am currently doing a P90X and Insanity the Asylum hybrid and its working great. I have also seen many…

Insanity or Insanity the Asylum are really good HIIT programs and Insanity the Asylum is geared more toward sports training so it works a lot on speed

I have a new natural pre workout that has been made by one of the big coaches in beachbody. It is all natural and works really well to give people a pump but I believe it is a recipe for her book so the only way i could give out the ingredients would be if you added me as your coach and became a coach yourself and then i…

I would stick with the recovery week so that you dont burn yourself out and overtrain. This way your muslces will be able to recover and grow. Remember muscle only grows in times of rest!
-
I've done a couple of rounds of P90X. I remember I was sore the whole first week and then the soreness went away. At first I didn't have a recovery drink which was a mistake. I would recommend a recovery drink from a health food store or the P90X Results and Recovery drink because it seems to work very well for people. I…

I have done P90X and Insanity The Asylum. I do hybrids of both workouts to incorporate other workouts so I don't get bored. I would just make sure your not overtraining so make sure you get proper rest and eat enough calories so your not always tired and worn out during the day
-
I have seen big people do both Insanity and P90X. They just modify the moves so they can push themselves and once they improve they are able to do the full moves
-
A lot of the time the scale can be decieving because you are gaining muscle and not fat. It is better to go on if you feel better and if your clothes fit better. If you are losing fat and gaining muscle your number on the scale may be the same or higher but you will definitely feel better and your clothes will fit better
-
I would suggest P90X it really worked for me... All you need is dedication to both the workouts and the nutrition.
-
I would suggest Insanity The Asylum I too finished P90X and wanted to add new workouts and bought The Asylum. The Asylum is like Insanity but uses more resistance moves. I like that Asylum comes with a calendar that also provides a P90X/ Asylum Hybrid for after you finish the 30 days of Asylum
