I would really suggest Insanity or Insanity the Asylum. Insanity only uses body weight and is 60 days. Insanity the Asylum adds in a little bit of weights and pull up moves and is only a 30 day program. I have done the Asylum and loved it and saw great results0

thanks.
Ive been wanting to look into 90x and insanity, but I keep thinking they are more advanced than I am capable of right now.
Im 6ft, 295lbs, and just started my fitness lifestyle - cardio for me is a 30-45min fast pace walk still.0 -
Not that I wish to contradict Greg but I think Insanity is repetitive football drills with a load of jumping, it is very injury prone because of the max rep mindset IMO. I would recommend TurboFire which uses the same theories & principles BUT it is fun, has great beats & is much lower impact injury wise. It still boasts great results & is tough! Also it has innumerable options from short HIIT workouts to longer combinations, allowing for greater flexibility surrounding your fitness or life situation
