Pre workout drinks?

Can anyone recommend any good pre workout drinks? And what kind of results did you find you got?

    I have a new natural pre workout that has been made by one of the big coaches in beachbody. It is all natural and works really well to give people a pump but I believe it is a recipe for her book so the only way i could give out the ingredients would be if you added me as your coach and became a coach yourself and then i would add you to the closed facebook group that has the recipe. Sorry i wish i could give you the ingredients but she calls it the "secret because she is going to use it for her book and i wouldnt want to ruin it for her

    i personally think 'dorian yates nox' the best but jack3d is also very good. as for results tbh its mainly a mental thing with me once you take it you feel on the ball and buzzing for a session. i would say only buy if you work long hours and need a pick me up. but i have to admit you do get a great muscle pump from them

    I got a free sample of these from gnc - the results were similar to drinking black coffee before working out. Maybe if I was in bodybuilding shape I would notice the difference, but if you.are just trying to lose weight I don't think they are a big help.

    Yes, any reputable nutrition store will sell these or you can order on line at bodybuilding.com

    Thanks for everyone's input. I just read on here earlier that they are banning Jack3D too!

    I actually got from GNC today Cellucor® C4™ Extreme - Icy Blue Razz... can't wait to try it!!

    100-200mg caffeine + 3-6g beta alanine = highly effective + cheap

    Multi level marketing at it's best. Gotta give you credit for an original approach to recruiting new "coaches"! :laugh: :laugh:
