I am a low carb person, but i missed oatmeal so I found this idea for a fake oatmeal and I love it, it also has a fiber punch that's sometimes hard to get when eating low carb. I am on the recovery week, have also had no visible results and have gained weight. Discouraged like quite a few other people on here but stil going to stick it out and try and finish.
