This really shouldn't be done all day. OP, you would probably benefit from seeing a physiotherapist if you have pain. I'm finishing up going after 13 weeks (I had a spinal injury). I was given a lot of core exercises customized for my abilities which has significantly reduced pain.

Agreed. I have both (Polar FT7). I only wear the HRM during exercise. The Fitbit I put on in the morning and take off at night (I have the Zip, it doesn't monitor sleep). The Fitbit tells me my daily calorie burn and how many steps I've taken in a day. I call it a glorified pedometer (that I love more than any other…

I don't enjoy a lot of vegetables, so the ones I do like I rotate through (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc) ad nauseum. Your diet isn't holding you back, you are. You have to be willing to make the changes.

I love it, it's a great workout and a lot of fun. I do the in class version.

The hardest thing for me is the tons of food choices to resist. I bring my lunch every day and I have loads of snacks in my cabinet. I try to make sure my first snack is a fruit (typically an apple). I drink lots of water throughout the day.

Carrot muffins. I'm sure you can adjust a standard recipe to make them healither. Carrot soup is delicious.

Monday to Friday: 5:55 a.m. and again at 6:00 a.m. I either sleep for those 5 minutes or plan out what I need to get done in the morning.

I love Body Pump, however on my best day I think the most I've burned is 500 calories.

For myself, they should not. For you, it's possible that they should.

I assume you mean Physiotherapy? If so, wait until you go to Physio and find out what your limits are. They may restrict you to not using weights, not bending, etc.
