That sounds good, I'll have to remember it for the morning.

The Jazz festival that's going on a couple of blocks away.

Same with mine.

Walk at a slower speed without holding on until you get the hang of things. Then slowly speed up as you feel comfortable.

If you have knee issues, the minimalist shoes may not work for you, depending on what kind of support you need to help your knees. My only experience is with Vibrams, which wouldn't work for you as they are similar to toe socks.

I have both a Fitbit and an HRM. I use the Fitbit to measure my walking activity when I'm not at the gym. At those times, I don't wear my HRM but always have my Zip attached. So yes you can use both. It's up to you if you want to have two types of trackers.

Stuffed pepper before the gym. Potato, chicken and mixed veg after

A few months. I've already replaced the battery once. Edit; I have the FT7

Yes!

Nickname + 2 for the second time at making MFP work for me.

Peanut butter. I dislike almond butter. Cashew butter is good too.

Tricep kickbacks, tricep pushups, extensions (love those) all work well.

Exactly. But if you really want to cut it out, you can use agave nectar which is 20 calories per teaspoon.

I have the Zip. It's the cheapest option and I like that it's small and I can hide it well. I don't care how many floors I climb and don't need to monitor my sleep cycle, so it's great for me. I considered the Flex before I got mine, but I don't like that it doesn't have a display, just lights.

No, but I had one a couple of hours ago.

I had it for 5 years, got it out in March and haven't had any significant weight loss.

Yay. That's awesome. I used to be like you with heartburn relief products everywhere. Mine hasn't fully gone away, but it's gotten a lot better.

This is my suggestion.

People are telling you to cut the sugar from your coffee, but there's only 16 calories in one teaspoon. So you have to be consuming an awful lot of coffee to see a benefit from that. Swap the cream for milk (dairy or non). That will cut calories and fat. It will taste weird at first, but keep doing it and you'll get used…

Get a fitbit and link it. Then you can go to reports and look at your fitbit steps there. Otherwise, you could add steps as a measurement and input it daily. Then look at that measurement.

I don't typically drink much or at all. The last time I had drinks with friends, I had water. But it's easy because they don't care. If I felt the urge to drink, I'd have something and drink it slowly. The mixers with hard alcohol make it a lot worse then the alcohol in itself.

1. The recipes already posted are good starting points. Put in whatever you like in your hot oatmeal. You don't "cook" them per se, the oats soften from being soaked in milk (or yogurt) 2. They are definitely tasty, but a bit different because they are eaten cold 3. Personally I've added blueberries, bananas, dried…

I had a knock-off one, which was great but didn't last long. I got the Foreman grill and quite liked it, but it was too small (poor size choice). We are currently planning on replacing it with either another Foreman or a panini grill. So yeah, I'd recommend it.

I got Laser, PRK wasn't right for me although I considered it. I had it 4 years ago and it was the best decision I've made. I have had no issues, and no regrets.

Anywhere I shop, plus size is definitely larger than a size 12. But I don't have a desire to spend $100 on lululemon pants, so their marketing practices don't really bother me.

Bio-oil should help, although I've never applied it long enough to see results. I have heard from others it works. You can get it at walmart, shoppers, rexall, etc. It goes on sale frequently too.

Walk to someone's desk instead of caling them. Just get up whenever you can.
