  • Have any of you checked with Insure Nutrition to see if your insurance might cover your protein shakes? It takes a little while, but it doesn't hurt to try.   • I'm scheduled for 7/1. So excited! This 2 week pre-op liquid diet is for the birds though! LOL!! Guess that will help get me used to "eating like a bird" for after. :)

  • Dezbie, I just tried that website you shared and I think it will definitely be a very helpful motivator. Especially printing out various stages to remind me where I've come from, and the final go to remind me where I'm going! Also helped me figure out that current hairstyle is best! LOL!!

  • Walking, hiking, elliptical and strength training with light weights. I used to LOVE doing DVD workouts, but injured my back pretty badly (bad form on squats and lunges), so I haven't gotten back to that just yet. :(
