Hi all! I'm scheduled for my VSG on 7/1. I'm currently in the throes of the 2 week pre-op liquid diet. I would love to meet some people here on MFP that are going through the same thing around the same time.

Power cookie
I started Cycle 2 today and made my power cookies last night so I could have one this morning with my green tea. I put the batter in a 13X9 dish and just cut it into 18 bars when it was done. I gotta say, they were pretty darn good! Yeah Dr. Mike! :) Nice change from my usual morning smoothie routine.
