I got rid of mine a couple of years ago. They were from when I was 21 years old and 125 lbs . I've come to the realization that I'll probably never wear a Juniors 7 again. My body has changed in the last 9 years. Juniors cut clothes won't fit right even if I manage to get to 125 pounds again.

If I want to workout on the weekend, I have to do it first thing. If I don't, I'll just sit around the house all day saying, "I'll do it in an hour." I get up brush my teeth, throw my hair in a pony, put my workout clothes on, grab some water, and go. Doing it that way is the only way I'll get it done.

I use the whole egg. 2 whole eggs, a sprinkle of grated parm., and topped with fresh salsa. If I don't have salsa, I'll put a little ketchup on the side.

You could always attempt to do the month 2 workouts. If they are really too much for you, go back to month one.

Maybe some yoga to improve strength and flexibility. It might be a good idea for her to take a few classes to get the proper form. Once she learns that, she could easily do it at home.

^This! This is how I was able to snap out of gaining and losing the same 10 pounds over and over again.

That's the worse! I eat everything in sight the day after a night out drinking... Best not to get drunk.
-
Water? LOL! If your friends are like my friends, that is sooooo not happening. I opt to drink vodka and club soda with lime. Just don't drink too many. :P

I agree with this!

6 pounds in 4 weeks is awesome! I average 1/2 lb a week when I'm really trying hard.

I've tried getting up at 5 am to workout... It's just doesn't happen. I just workout when I get home from work.

My husband brings all kinds of crap into the house. It's hard to resist when it's staring you in the face everytime you open the pantry. You can try to talk with him about it. I did that with my husband, but he doesn't understand that willpower isn't always enough. So... I still have junk in the house, however, he doesn't…

I started Turbo Fire this week. I'm doing the prep schedule. I have some knee issues and need to gradually build up my strength before I attempt the HIIT workouts.

Possibly... The page is always open. I don't think he cares. As long as I get the important stuff done in a timely manner, he's happy.

On the weekends, first thing in the morning. It's after work during the week. I'd like to workout in the a.m. before work, but I don't want to get up any earlier than I already do.

I manage on 1200 calories on the days that I don't workout. It's not always easy. Veggies and fruit are the only way I can do it.

I have a huge knot in my left shoulder. I recently got a massage and the massage therapist recommended this stuff called Sambra (the warm therapy one). It's kind of like Icy Hot, but without the icy. It works wonders at losening the tight muscles. I got mine on Amazon. Also, when I consistently practice yoga, I find that…

Anytime I have a hard time getting my calories in I'll reach for some almonds or other type of nut. The serving size is small for the amount of calories it has.

I haven't had a skinny cow icecream bar is soooo long! Might have to stop on my way home from work and pick some up. Thankfully, I only live with my lactose intolerant husband so I don't need the -DO NOT TOUCH- sign on them. When I buy them, they are alllll miiiiiine!!! :P

If you'd be so sweet to all your wives, I'm in! :P Sounds perfect! She's going to love it! My husband is very much not the romantic type. However, on rare occassions, he finds a way to surprise me.

Just listen to your body. If it's telling you to rest, then it's ok.

I weigh in weekly and measure monthly (or when I remember. :P). I measure my bust, waist, hips, upper arms, and upper thighs. I've seen other people measure neck, and calves.

I'm 5'2" my goal weight at the moment is 125-130. I was 125 when I danced and it seemed kind of too skinny for me, plus it would be really hard to maintain since I'm not dancing all day anymore. Honestly, I'd be happy at a higher weight if I have a toned physique. Just really striving to be fit and healthy and not so much…

I love them! I like being able to adjust the resistance as I'm doing an exercise without having to pick up a new weight. I feel like I get a better workout with them. You can't swing a resistance band like you might do with a dumbbell.

My Beachbody coach lost 100+ pounds using P90X. It think it took him something like 5 rounds to do it. He modified like heck and couldn't do quite a bit of it when he started. He gradually built up his strength. Honestly, I think it depends on the person's attitude. He's a never quit, keep pushing it until I get it kind of…

I'm going on a 2 week vacation at the end of next (about 5-6 weeks into Turbo Fire) and when I get back, I will just be picking up where I left off. It's not a long enough break from the program to warrant starting over.

Take those pictures. You'll be surprised at the difference you see. You look at yourself in the mirror everyday and it's hard to notice changes in your body over time. I wasn't seeing much of a difference and then a friend took a picture of me. I was surprised at how different I looked compared to pictures taken 6 month to…

Take before pictures and take your measurements. Update those pictures and measurements every month. You might not notice much of a difference from one month to the next, but you'll see a difference after a few months. Eventhough the scale is good for a weekly measure it doesn't tell you what your body composition is. The…

1. MFP has me set at 1200 so that is my minimum and I also eat all my exercise calories back. 2. I don't follow my percentage. I know it's way off. I eat too many carbs. 3. I need to lose 5 lbs to be back at a healthy weight, but I want to lose atleast 10-15. 4. Stinky desk job so it's set to "sedentary." I try to exercise…

I love Khloe and agree that she definitely not fake like her sisters. I also think she's more down to earth than the others. She seems to have her head on straight.
