I have 700 for lunch and 600 for dinner and leave out breakfast because I'm not hungry for it and rather fast a couple more hours, whatever fits
-
Went over goal by 2,000 so had in total for Christmas day 3300 but the foods were my favorite indulgence, nuts, crackers, cookies but will be back on it

1480 without exercise, yes I'm quite small 5'2 and currently 104, not long to go will enjoy the extra few calories : )

Not having breakfast for me is easier than skipping lunch or dinner since I enjoy eating with the family and have the freedom to enjoy what they're having as well instead of eating 1,000 calories at breakfast of junk full of sugar and then having to eat less during the day :)
-
I eat oatmeal/porridge but since I don't like it bland I add cinnamon, lemon curd or strawberry jam. Also I buy those quaker fruit ones, I know they have sugar in them so that might be the cause

That's a good idea, binges aren't that frequent but when they do happen it's normally at home anyways, thank you

You're at a deficient already with 1,200 calories so even if you ate them all already its fine, exercising is fine as long as you don't go overboard, exercise a little, maybe something you enjoy, walking, dancing, some sport but don't obsess just to burn loads of calories. If you still have dinner to go, have something…

Good for you, getting over the guilt and forgiving can be tough, I've been there but you can do it, life is so much more than that food, you indulged now push through and keep working on the journey because part of it is learning to forgive ourselves when we overeat

Cadbury Creme Eggs are good but that Egg N Spoon was not good it was just plain chocolate with some fluffed up chocolate in the middle and yes I ate it all, I guess the hype about them isn't worth it : )

I try to remember that once upon a time I used to be overweight and started from then to what I am now so if I have put on a couple of pounds it just means I'm just a little behind on my journey but really the journey isn't going to run smooth, I've been through moments where I want to give up, so many times but now that…

I agree with the others about taking a break, for me at the start I had a set calorie goal which now might seem quite low at that weight but whenever I went over I just threw in the towel and continued to eat. I also stopped myself from eating many foods so when I did binge I went for them and felt guilty for breaking my…

I wish you the best of luck, just find your motivation and in no time you'll be meeting goals, just take it slowly and if there's one thing I've learned it is to move on from bad days no matter what, don't compensate or binge eating will turn into a cycle of punishment that never ends. My focus is eat as normal as I did…
-
Start everyday new so that means not dwelling on bad days and try not to compensate, learn to move on. This may seem simple to some but for me the guilt can get to me but I did it this week : )
-
Just had 765 calories worth of variety of my favorite foods and was totally stuffed, it stops me from craving for them all day.
