So sorry I'm still battling with the binge I didn't want to get out of bed and do anything. Hoping todays the day I finally stay on track. I guess everyday is a challenge you have to be prepared to face, keep focused you got this : )

Hi hope you get all the support you need. I've been using this since June and lost around 20lbs in a couple of months so I'm complelety sure that counting calories and just eating differently to what you are used to is going to give you the results. I've still got 10lbs left to lose and have been battling for quite a while…

Me; 6 Binge: 0 Today I've fought some food demons but I've done good.

Me: 3 Binge: 0 Not lost much, maintaining at the moment, want to lose a couple of pounds on the plus side the binges have reduced since I've upped my calories. I think I'm learning to take it slow. I will get there.

I think I get worked up if I'm over my calories even slightly, it throws me off but now I just go burn the extra calories off straight after. It stops me from eating more. Depends, are you hungry then yes. I normally leave them as a back up when I'm really hungry one day in the week or want to treat myself. Also I feel I might have overestimated them so I never eat them all. : )

Eat something that is low in calories like celery, cucumber, radishes, most of these calories will be burned by just chewing and digestion, best to eat them raw (negative food thing) and also green tea is great, will warm you up.
