I use it in my protein shakes (can't stand them with just water and almond milk is lower cal than milk). I also like the chocolate almond milk by itself, but that's high calorie and loaded with sugar. But yummy.

That's what, 5'2" and 112 pounds? You don't have all that much fat on you at that weight and you definitely don't have enough to see major changes quickly.

All the jobs listed as "not working for free" in this poster got their experience by paying to attend school and internships (which are usually unpaid and often times paid for). Not to mention arguments like supply and demand, and risk/reward in terms of "paying" for "quality" of a musician vs "quality" in your plumber.

No. As a matter of fact, I hate live music. The kind of music I like (rock/alternative) tends to be blasted at unreasonable volumes when played live and I do not enjoy it.

Many of the things that have already been mentioned. I will add Purses (would rather have one high quality purse than 10 cheapies) Jewelry (I only wear white and yellow gold, silver and iron stain my skin and give me hives) Electronics (computer, phone, etc. quality pays ten fold)

Weight lifting is responsible for you eating too much and mostly rubbish, huh? Do what you want. No one benefits from you doing weights but you.

Um yeah a 6000 calorie cheat day will slow you down. That can easily wipe out an entire week's calorie deficit. Most people have cheat days more along the lines of 3000 calories, which is a bit more reasonable.

Follow the instructions. There are some studies that show fish oil in tablet form doesn't offer the health benefits. I still take them though.

Vibram does their sizing by measurements, so grab a tape measurer and get at it. I recommend going to a store to try them on. You can always find your size in store than use it to order online.

Anything that tells you you are expelling toxins by sweating is BS. However, I like hot yoga because it loosens my muscles up and lets me a get a nice deep stretch that regular yoga doesn't quite get to.

So much this. Regardless of chain or not. They know what they're putting in it shouldn't be that hard. And let's be honest, if they had to start reporting calorie counts and sodium content a lot of places would stop the abuse of butter and salt in their recipes.
