I would love some extra motivation! I need to make better use of my daily calories, and start with strength training to help balance out my cardio. I would love to drop 5 more pounds in May!

There is also a difference between making an innocent trip to the beach and going to a strip club to seek sexual arousal. I think a husband and wife should only seek sexual fulfillment with eachother, and not look outside of the marraige for that satisfaction; ie porn, swinging and strip clubs. Why make vows to eachother…

I like to use it instead of mayo on sandwiches, the garlic and herbs gives turkey a punch!
