Shiritaki noodles (found in the veggie section, about 40 cals for the bag I think?) boiled in veggie boullion, then drained. Mix the Laughing Cow wedge in to the drained noodles, maybe add a pinch of Sazon and some steamed broccoli. Yum!0

I use 1 or 2 triangles in my vegetables cream/soup instead of other fats, like olive oil or cream.
Otherwise I use it in bread or toasts, or in salads.0 -
In any stew or chili; with almonds and wheat thins; in scrambled eggs, on a quesidilla (low carb small shells) w spinach and shredded chicken :drinker:0

spread it on some crackers and press some (c)raisins into it.
this can be an opportunity for some self satisfying silly fun.
i like to make funky patterns out of my (c)raisins as i press them into the cheese. geometric stuff, faces, etc.
oh, also dig the laughing cow on wraps.

You can also melt some wedges in a bowl in the microwave and use it as a low calorie alfredo sauce as well. Or as a veggie dip.
Wow on the Alfredo sauce idea!!! I had never thought of that, Thank you!!! :bigsmile:0 -

I like to use it instead of mayo on sandwiches, the garlic and herbs gives turkey a punch!0

I keep it pretty basic and put it on a bagel for breakfast.0
