I agree with Vune. This weekend I went a little crazy eating differently, and I dearly paid for it. This has happened to me the last two weekends so it was directly related to what I took in.

5'5 230 lbs, eating 1400/day for 2lb/wk Tried eating 1200 for 2 lbs/week and was not losing.

I work 12 hour nights and while at work I try to have 2 small snacks and 1 full meal during my lunch break. I then try and eat something light before I go to bed so I'm not super hungry when I wake up. Most time I don't have a problem fitting in all my calories. Just like My_butt I don't count work as a workout.

I'm in the Olney area. Not far from the northeast where I see some of you guys from. Been living here 9 years and It has its up's and down's. I have small children so now i'm looking to move down south. Hopefully within the next 2 years.

This is something I've struggled with but what I normally end up doing (depending on what time I go in) is eat before work dinner at my normal time. I then have a snack a couple hours later then lunch (regular meal) then another snack if needed. Sometimes I'll plan to have a full breakfast and skip the second snack or do…

Like someone else said I half feed it. Otherwise I'm so tired and can't keep up with my workouts.
