I dunno if I feel dirty/gross if I can't work out, but I do feel clean (obviously not physically clean, cos of the sweat) when I do work out, kind of the same thing!

I wouldn't bother with the HRM while you're at work. A HRM is meant to measure steady state cardio exercise. You would have burned a good chunk of that 1051 anyway by just being alive for 8 hours. Snap! I once lost 30 lbs, and my knees were still fat! they'll never be any other way, I've accepted it, and wear dresses/ skirts every day (just nothing that stops right at the knee that would highlight them) besides Beyoncé has fat knees and she's fab!

I have one tub of a pretty rank tasting, natural flavour pp, I mix half a scoop of it in with a strawberry one that I like and its fine. The strawberry one masks the flavour, and the Natural flavour crap actually neutralises the sweetness of the strawberry (it can sometimes be a bit sicky sweet in the morning.)

I wake up at 5:45 have 4/5 brazil nuts, pecans or walnuts and a glass of water. then head straight to the gym working out by 6.30, drink 1.5 Litres of water min during the workout and start my protein shake towards the end of my strength training going in to my stretches. After the gym its full breakfast time.
