I love MFP SO much more than WW! It's easier, tracking is MUCH easier, and it's FREE!

I rarely wear makeup, only for special occasions, and I've always been that way. I use mineral makeup when I do dress up, I like how soft it feels on my face and not greasy. I don't ever leave the house without at least brushing my hair though, unless I'm headed to the gym and then it just goes in a ponytail.

1 c nonfat plain greek yogurt with 1 c of Kashi Go Lean cereal and 1 tsp honey, also 3 morningstar farms sausage links. Delicious and keeps me full!

Mine is open to friends, feel free to add me!

I have some beets in my fridge, I'm totally gonna try this!

I'm doing Body By Vi so so I use their protein powder, but probably any powder would work. My favorite recipe right now is 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 scoops of my Vi protein, 1 TBSP pb2 (powdered peanut butter for whoever it was that asked, also available on Amazon!), 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 oz sugar-free…

Kettlebells are an AWESOME workout, but make sure you get some training on how to use them first. Technique is EVERYTHING, because it's super easy to hurt yourself. As previous posters have said, you will want a variety of weights, I have a 10 lb, a 15 lb, a 25 lb and a 35 lb one and I workout with a trainer who's…

Oh, and the constipation that came with so much protein and no fiber or probiotics was a real b*tch.

I did it for a couple of months and I was successful, but I couldn't work out AT ALL. I had very little energy, so no extra to do any sort of working out. Also, as soon as I started eating "real" food again I gained about 10 lbs back (I lost 25) and immediately went to Weight Watchers to get it under control. I lost the 10…

I like both the Silk unsweetened original and vanilla, they're 35 calories/cup.

Body By Vi shakes (me) Pacifiers (my baby) headphones (me) iPod touch cover (my son)

I just started back again today, I haven't done it in a year or so and it definitely pushed me! I can tell I've been working out though, because I don't feel like I'm going to die - YET. I would stay with level 1 until you feel ready to progress, because level 2 is a real butt-kicker.

Love this, I'm the exact same way!

SO true, and it's exactly how I feel! I wear a bikini, I went through a lot giving birth to those 3 kids, I'm proud of my body!

Saving for home!

Protein shakes, eggs, low-sodium jerky are all good options.

I tried it, and I didn't like the taste. I'm currently doing Body By Vi and I think it tastes a lot better, and it's lower calorie. I still eat "real" food, and you can add lots of low calorie stuff to your shake.

Yum! I think I'll use corn tortillas too, just because I like them better.

Bradley Cooper & Aaron Rodgers - I'm a sucker for blue eyes!

Congratulations, that's SO exciting!

Just do something small to start with, like go for a walk. Once you've mastered that then you can move to some other things, but the most important thing is to START!

If it were me I would cut back on the carbs. Try a protein smoothie for breakfast, or have eggs. It will make you feel full longer, I rarely eat any bread and when I do it's only 100% whole grain. Also eat more veggies, they are extremely low calorie and totally help fill you up. I agree with the poster who said to drink…

I don't go to the gym either, I've been doing the Biggest Loser challenge on my Wii and I love it! I also do kettlebells and I have a few free weights as well.
-
We drink fat free, although lately I've switched to Silk unsweetened almond milk (it's only 35 calories for a cup and is DELICIOUS!) and I like that even better!

Safeco Field in Seattle! My husband proposed there, so I'm a little biased. :)
-
I also use Body By Vi shakes - delicious, and I feel so awesome!

BMR: 1319 Daily goal is 1200, but on days I exercise I try to eat back about 50-75% of my calories, depending on how hard the workout was and how hungry I am.

I prefer the Morningstar Farms Grillers myself.
