My daily exercise calorie burn averages between 800-1000 calories..approximately 2 hours of cardio a day along with weights 3X a week.

I don't have a Polar model but my HRM was doing some of the same things. I replaced the battery and the problems were solved. Don't know if it would help you or not, but just thought I would share!

I use the light Hellman's and it tastes good to me. I mix chicken, light mayo, salt, pepper, a little lemon juice, purple grapes, finely chopped red onions, chopped celery and a few chopped pecans. Very yummy and pretty healthy too!

I had been wondering the same thing. I have read that the calories burned readout on cardio equipment is over estimated up to 30%. I did an experiment with my heart rate monitor and it said I burned 386 calories in an hour while the machine said 650. So unfortunately, I have had to increase the amount of cardio I do to…

Even after losing 80 pounds, pizza and sweets of any kind are STILL my problem. I wonder if I will ever overcome them, but until then, I have what I want in very small amounts.
