  • I have a cheat day 1 day a week but I dont cheat the whole day I just have a cheat meal and its either breakfast or dinner. If I cheat the whole day then I can gain what I actually lost the whole week.

  • Starracer23 Do you know how to figure out how many calories you should be consuming (aside from what MFP says)? My doctor says it goes by height and therfore I should only consume 1000 calories a day MFP says 1200 a day.
