True, that is reasonable for dinner, but I think I'll need a snack or two, too, since I get hungry every two or three hours. Whole Foods (365 brand) has an excellent plain whole milk yogurt! And Trader Joe's has a good one that is only slightly sweetened by honey. Delicious.
