MMA cardio is killer. Everyone that is stuck on a weight should go find an MMA gym and do their cardio. If you don't lose 2 pounds, then you are just spectating. "Lets Get It On" -MMA ref John McCarthy I'm a HUGE MMA Fan! [/quote]

Acupuncture is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. It is a pain saver. I would bet he/she will fix you right up.

You can do anything!!! Did you all know, you burn more calories when you are angry? When I'm having a bad day, I exercise with a chip on my shoulder. I'm the beast withing myself, haha. It helps release endorphins quicker and leads to more perspiration and weight loss. Hope that helps somebody. Keep motivated all.

Don't give you ladies!!! Sometimes it takes our metabolism a little longer to balance out to prepare for weight loss. Once your body is in full weight loss mode, watch out!!! Keep your head up and get a little aggressive with your fat attack.

Be positive!!! Use the tools provided with this site and you will start having success just like the people on here. You can do it. 20 pounds to go!!! Good luck.

I was going to suggest nutty peanut butter. It is a great source of protein but be careful to not eat too much of it. Your body only digest so much protein at a time, the waist goes to your gut and butt. Also, raw eggs blended with fruits can be a nice source also and tastes great.

What I do to prevent vacation problems are to watch portions at food spots and be sure to get the exercise in. Try not to drink as heavily, stick to water. Be active!!! As far as motivation, start with natural energy in the morning like oranges, strawberries, etc. If that is not enough, stock up on an herbal energy drink.…

My workout routine is kinda rigorous. Prolly insane at times.

My big verse was pop. I was a Pepsi-a-holic. I just gave up on that with cold turkey. I switched to a low calorie herbal energy drink. I started losing weight instantly this way. I then stopped going for seconds for every meal. That seemed to help too. Last, I got on here and with the help of supplements and changing my…

Welcome to the site. It is a nice and useful tool to have with your workout and diet. Stick to it and results will happen. I'm still new and have cut 4 pounds already in a week. I wish you luck and if you have questions, just ask. Erik

I am on your side with this. I have used supplements for a decade. Off and on of course. I started back up in December with the Advocare line. I like to stick to herbals and this product fulfills that. The bottom line is to do your research. Pic the products that are proven. There is a lot of trash out there. It would not…

Sounds like you are eating well. How bout supplements. It is a good way to increase your progress. I've tried about everything out there and I know what works. But remember, not all fat burners are good for you. Be selective.

That is unfortunate what happened. Keep your head up and maybe get creative today and substitute a few more exercises in place of the treadmill. You measure your own toughness though. I have a fractured patella from a Muay Thai fight and I refuse to slack off in my workouts. But somedays my body doesn't want to cooperate.…

WOW!!! Now that is motivation. You are what this program is all about. What a great success story. Keep up the good work. I'm going to have to work 10 times harder to catch up with you.

It never hurts to start from scratch. I would recommend doing a 7 or 10 day herbal cleanse. Then going on a more strict diet. I have to watch my weight for my Mixed Martial Arts Fights, and if I were you, I would have to get a sauna suit (drink plenty of water, it will dehydrate you) and do my workouts. There are also…

Wow, big congrats to you!!! Keep going, almost there.

Welcome, glad you are getting your fitness on. Just stay committed and progress your workouts. Next week do 32 mins on the eliptical. Start watching your diet with the calorie counter. That thing is a Godsend. Keep up the good work.

I'm definitly in. I need to pitch all those delicious Easter snacks.

I agree with Meatball, go easy on the rice!!!

Any Chinese food with chicken in it is good calorie wise. That is the great thing about most Chinese restaurants, no matter what you get, it is pretty healthy. I would stay away from crab rangoon though. Even though it is awesome.

Wow, you look great in that dress. You should be proud. Keep going.

I have been told by most of the trainers that I have worked with to eat a healthy lite meal then do your workout about 30 mins after. If you eat foods with natural energy, like most fruits, then your exercise should be enjoyable and more work can be done during the workout to lose weight. Just be careful for vomiting. This…

Try not to give up. Have you considered supplements. There are a lot to pic from out there but be careful to stay away from carbonated and caffine fat burners. Some products out there will actually eat muscle mass along with fat. I would stick to herbals. Also, I like to keep improving my cardio at all cost. This prevents…
